Tax Credit Group, Inc., follows strict information and privacy protection protocols in the conduct of our services for your company.

1. The employee and other client information we collect is used only for the purpose of qualifying under state and federal tax credit programs.
2. Electronic data is secured with encryption and managed within our network behind secure firewalls. Internal access is password protected.
3. Paper documents and work papers are secured within locked boxes and cabinets, except when in use for the conduct of your project.
4. Destruction /shredding of confidential documents and records are administered on site by Tri State Shred in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bailey Act (Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999)
